Adam Wheeler is Vice President of Product and Engineering at Koneksa Health, where he leads product development and engineering execution across the platform. He aligns customer and clinical-trial needs with a scalable technical roadmap, builds high-performing cross-functional teams, and drives delivery across product, data, and software engineering to strengthen Koneksa's digital measurement capabilities.

 

Adam brings 20 years of experience spanning product management, laboratory informatics, system architecture, software development, and commercialization of data-driven solutions. Previously, he led go-to-market strategy and product marketing initiatives for life science software and AI/ML product lines at Thermo Fisher Scientific, including positioning, developer-facing content, and sales enablement to support scalable deployments.

 

Earlier, Adam served as Senior Director of Market Development at Strateos, where he helped refine commercial strategy and build enterprise relationships during a pivotal transition for the company. He focused on clarifying market fit, strengthening pipeline development, and improving operational focus to support scalable growth. He has also led and architected regulated laboratory informatics programs—delivering global LIMS/ELN solutions to support FDA and international regulatory requirements—and driven large-scale integrations and performance improvements across complex lab environments.
