Emma Primon serves as Vice President of Marketing at Koneksa, where she leads global brand strategy, corporate communications, and market engagement initiatives that strengthen Koneksa’s position at the intersection of digital innovation and clinical research. She brings more than fifteen years of experience guiding organizations through brand transformation, merger and acquisition integration, and strategic communications across the life sciences sector.
Before joining Koneksa, Emma served as Executive Director of Marketing & Communications at TFS HealthScience, where she led global marketing transformation and sourced a multi-million-dollar commercial pipeline through integrated brand and demand generation strategies. Previously, she directed corporate marketing at Catalyst Clinical Research, where she launched a global oncology CRO and resourcing business and built award-winning campaigns that elevated market visibility and strategic positioning. Her background also includes senior roles at MedSource (now Ergomed) and Chiltern (now Fortrea).
Emma holds a Master of Business Administration from Campbell University’s Lundy-Fetterman School of Business and was recognized among Triangle Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 for her leadership in marketing and communications. She is known for aligning science, storytelling, and strategy to elevate brands and advance innovation across the clinical research ecosystem.
