Juliet Moritz is a highly experienced research executive with more than thirty years of leadership across the biopharma and clinical research ecosystem. She is widely recognized for her ability to design and implement innovative, value-added approaches that address complex drug development challenges and for her passion in accelerating the path from laboratory science to clinical application.

Before joining Koneksa Health as Executive Vice President, Juliet served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Solutions and Patient Centricity at Ergomed CRO, where she led the development of execution strategies that delivered measurable impact on clinical trial efficiency and outcomes. Earlier in her career, she was Senior Vice President of the Project Management Office at Strateos, supporting the commercialization of the world’s first robotic cloud laboratory - work that culminated in a successful exit for the company. She also served as Chief Operating Officer of Illingworth Research, preparing and guiding the company through its acquisition by Syneos Health.

Her executive background further includes leadership roles as Executive Vice President of Clinical Operations at Elligo Health and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Premier Research, where she advanced global operational capabilities and growth strategies. Juliet’s career also spans hands-on experience in small, mid-size, and large pharmaceutical organizations, including Wyeth (now Pfizer) and AstraZeneca, giving her a unique perspective on the full spectrum of drug development.

Juliet holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Public Health from Drexel University, and completed doctoral coursework in bioethics at Albany Medical College.
