Justin O’Grady has over 20 years of experience building and leading Accounting and Finance teams to optimize operational efficiency while driving organizational growth.  He holds a Certified Public Accountant license in New York and is responsible for FP&A, Treasury, Finance and Accounting at Koneksa.  Before joining Koneksa in 2022, Justin led Finance and Accounting operations at MSA Security, resulting in a successful purchase by the world’s largest private security company.

 

Throughout his career, Justin has spearheaded ERP integrations, cost-reduction strategies and change management across functions delivering measurable ROI to management and shareholders.  He has built successful Accounting and Finance teams blending technical expertise with coaching and leadership.

 

Justin earned his Bachelors degree in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Masters in Taxation from the University of Denver.
