Katy Jones drives client engagement, study execution, and global study support strategy and Koneksa's as VP of Client Services.  Prior to joining Koneksa, she held roles at Greenphire and Syneos Health, focused on directing multiple global operational teams and cultivating strategic client relationships.  Katy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. With two decades of experience in healthcare technology, she excels in operational leadership. Katy’s dynamic approach to client experience and building high-performing teams makes her a key player in advancing Koneksa’s mission to improve clinical trials through digital health technologies.
